Green Theory began with local students taking on ambitious work and grew by proving that professionalism is a standard—not an age.
Where we came from
Built in Mt. Lebanon, one property at a time.
Founded by Zavary Isner while he was a student at Mt. Lebanon High School, the original Local Students Lawn and Landscaping team set out to complete projects beyond what people expected from a young company.
The company made meaningful community donations in its first year and was featured by SHIM and the Mt. Lebanon School District. That community-first foundation still shapes Green Theory today.
What changed was the name and the reach. What stayed was the promise: take the work seriously, communicate with the client, and leave the property better than expected.
